The Bulldogs extended their lead after the break with an 11-point run, with Jake Figueroa among those contributing to the surge.

UAAP: Janrey Pasaol downplays performance in FEU opening loss

MANILA, Philippines – Janrey Pasaol couldn’t find any silver lining despite his near triple-double performance in Far Eastern University’s 86-83 overtime loss to Ateneo in the opener of UAAP Season 88.

Pasaol posted an impressive stat line with 24 points, nine rebounds, and 11 assists. However, the Tamaraws were unable to hold on to a six-point lead midway through the overtime period, ultimately allowing Ateneo to mount a comeback and secure the victory.
