MANILA, Philippines — It was an awarding ceremony like no other. Alas Pilipinas’ Italian coach, Angiolino Frigoni, proudly presented the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship trophy from the stands of the Mall of Asia Arena, handing it to each of his 16 history-making players.
