WASHINGTON (AP) — Protesting the direction of the country under President Donald Trump, people gathered Saturday in the nation’s capital and communities across the U.S. for “No Kings” demonstrations.
These protests have been described by the president’s Republican Party as “Hate America” rallies. Participants carried signs with messages such as “Nothing is more patriotic than protesting” and “Resist Fascism.”
