Sambhal Bulldozer Row: AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi Alleges Injustice, Questions Demolition After Supreme Court Guidelines

**Sambhal Demolition Drive Leaves Villagers Devastated**

In Sambhal’s Raya Buzurg village, a major demolition drive on Thursday shook residents as a mosque and a marriage hall were razed by authorities. Both structures were reportedly built on what officials termed as pond land, prompting the bulldozer action.

The 30,000 sq ft marriage hall was demolished in a four-hour operation starting at 11:30 am. Meanwhile, villagers themselves began dismantling the adjacent 550 sq ft mosque after authorities granted them a four-day window to do so.

The drive was closely supervised by District Magistrate Rajendra Pansiya and SP Krishna Vishnoi, with the deployment of 200 police and PAC personnel. Additionally, drone surveillance was utilized to monitor the situation from above.

According to the administration, the mosque and marriage hall were constructed illegally about a decade ago by a local cleric named Minjar. However, the demolition has dealt a severe blow to the community.

Residents mourned the loss, emphasizing the importance of the marriage hall, which was built through community donations. “The hall was a place where poor families could celebrate weddings free of cost. Now where will our children marry?” expressed Atahar, a local villager. The grief was palpable, with many villagers refraining from cooking food at home in protest.

Another resident, Irfan, recalled the origins of the hall: “It was built after the pond dried up, with our small contributions. We made it for the community, not for profit.”

The demolition has also drawn political attention. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi condemned the operation on social media, accusing authorities of using bulldozers as a tool of injustice and ignoring Supreme Court guidelines.

Despite such criticisms, officials assert that due legal process was followed, including serving notices a month in advance.

For many residents of Raya Buzurg, the demolition represents more than just the destruction of buildings; it marks the loss of spaces integral to their community life and collective identity.

Thousands attend funerals of youths killed by Pakistani forces in PoJK

He accused authorities of double standards, adding: “The Jammu Kashmir Joint People’s Action Committee’s march is peaceful, but Pakistani forces are committing atrocities on unarmed citizens and martyring them.”

The protests, led by the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JKJAAC), centre on a 38-point charter of demands. These include political reforms, subsidised wheat flour, lower electricity tariffs, free education and healthcare, and an end to perks for government officials, ANI reported.

Public anger has also grown over the decision to abolish 12 legislative seats reserved for Kashmiri refugees settled in Pakistan. Muzaffarabad has become the epicentre of the agitation, which has spread to multiple districts of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). Shops, markets, and transport services have been shut down, bringing life to a standstill.

Despite an indefinite lockdown and internet blackout imposed by authorities, large protest caravans have pushed through blockades to join the movement, ANI reported.

Opposition leaders in Pakistan have amplified the unrest online. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Syeda Zahr posted: “A sea of people from Rawalakot has set out towards Muzaffarabad.” Chaudhry Muddasar Raza Machhiana, coordinator to former Prime Minister Imran Khan, praised the demonstrators: “Salam to the people of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) who know how to claim their rights.”

Neelum Valley Public Action Committee leader Shaukat Nawaz Mir accused the government of unleashing violence on its citizens. “This government has turned into a demon. They want to silence us by shutting down the media, deploying forces, and firing on us,” he said in a viral video.

Violent clashes over the past three days have already claimed more than half a dozen lives and left several seriously injured, sources said. In Dudyal, Mirpur, the Action Committee announced that the body of one protester would not be buried until the administration meets their demands.

Security forces have been deployed across PoJK to block protest marches and clear bridges and key routes. Despite the clampdown, the agitation shows no sign of slowing, with protesters vowing to continue until their demands are met.

Bareilly Violence: Internet Suspended, Drones Deployed Amid Security Concerns – VIDEO

**Bareilly Administration Suspends Internet Services and Deploys Drones for Security Measures**

The Bareilly administration has suspended internet services and deployed drones for aerial surveillance as part of precautionary security measures. This move comes amid rising concerns over local tensions and potential disturbances to public order.

Officials stated that the decision to cut internet access was aimed at curbing the spread of misinformation and preventing rumors that could further inflame the situation. Drone surveillance has been activated to monitor sensitive areas, identify gathering spots, and assist police personnel on the ground.

“These steps are necessary to maintain peace and prevent any untoward incident. We are closely monitoring the situation,” said a senior police officer.

These measures form part of a wider strategy adopted across Uttar Pradesh to address potential communal or social unrest. Authorities typically impose internet shutdowns and increase surveillance during periods when intelligence reports suggest a risk of escalation.

The suspension of internet services is expected to affect daily life and businesses in Bareilly until further notice. Residents have been urged to cooperate with security personnel and rely on official channels for updates.

Additionally, police patrols have been intensified in sensitive areas of the city to ensure law and order are maintained. The administration continues to monitor developments closely and will take further action as needed.

Mumbai News: BMC Issues Show-Cause Notice To V N Desai Hospital Medical Superintendent For ICU Scam And Operational Lapses

**Mumbai: BMC Initiates Action Against Medical Superintendent of V N Desai Hospital**

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has reportedly initiated action against the medical superintendent of V N Desai Hospital, Santa Cruz, following mounting concerns over the hospital’s management and infrastructure, according to sources.

### Poor Infrastructure and Irregular Functioning

In recent months, V N Desai Hospital has come under intense scrutiny due to poor infrastructure, irregular functioning of critical departments, and alleged misconduct by senior officials, particularly the medical superintendent. These issues were initially highlighted in the *Ailing Hospital* series by the Free Press Journal, which exposed several lapses affecting patient care and hospital operations.

### Fake Doctor in ICU Confirmed

Further investigations revealed a shocking discovery — a fake doctor had been engaged in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This claim was later confirmed by the Maharashtra Medical Council. In response, the BMC has issued a show-cause notice to the medical superintendent, seeking explanations for the serious lapses that occurred under his supervision.

### Complaints by Health Activists

Health activists have raised their voices against the deteriorating conditions at V N Desai Hospital. They lodged complaints with the State Human Rights Commission and copied the civic administration, detailing multiple operational shortcomings. Among the issues cited were a non-functional blood bank, irregular ENT, ophthalmology, and paediatric services, and frequent disruptions in the availability of essential medicines, X-ray, CT scan, and operation theatre facilities.

According to the activists, these persistent deficiencies have forced patients to seek private healthcare repeatedly, adding significant financial and logistical burdens.

### Civic Body Plans Transfers and Improvements

Sources within the civic body revealed that the BMC plans not only to transfer the current medical superintendent but also to appoint a senior doctor from an Eastern Suburb hospital to take charge of V N Desai Hospital. This decision follows a recent inspection by senior civic officials aimed at addressing ongoing complaints and improving patient care.

Surprise inspections have reportedly become a standard measure across municipal hospitals to detect mismanagement and enhance service delivery.

### Allegations of Mismanagement

One of the health activists involved in filing the complaint accused Dr. Acharya, the medical superintendent, of repeatedly ignoring warnings about unsafe hospital conditions and failing to enforce staff discipline. The activist alleged that Dr. Acharya allowed crucial tests and HIV kits to remain unavailable and was complicit in an ICU scam involving the fake doctor.

“He reportedly halted critical services such as USG and the blood bank without providing alternatives and protected favourites despite repeated complaints,” the activist said. “These lapses have delayed vital testing, forced patients to rely on private care, and caused chaos in hospital operations, severely compromising patient safety.”

Kylie Kelce reflects on pain of misccarying first pregnancy

Kylie Kelce has admitted that the emotional pain of suffering a miscarriage seven years ago “still hurts.” The 33-year-old star, who shares daughters Wyatt, six, Elliotte, four, Bennett, two, and Finn, six months, with husband Jason Kelce, first found out she was pregnant in August 2018. Tragically, she discovered she had lost the baby when she was 12 weeks along. Kylie stressed that having her other children afterwards didn’t make the loss any less painful.

Speaking on her *Not Gonna Lie* podcast, she said, “I emphasise the fact that this still hurts after having four children, because it does. And it’s okay.”

Kylie shared her experience to mark October as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. She recalled how she and Jason had traveled to London so he could play a Philadelphia Eagles game in the UK before their 12-week appointment. During the trip, they broke the news of her pregnancy to Jason’s family.

She grew emotional as she recalled:
“We made it a point to surprise Jason’s mom and dad when we were there by pretending to take a photo and telling them that we were expecting. We surprised Jason’s mom and dad with a video. We also surprised Jason’s Aunt Judy and his grandmother, Grandma Mary. When we were in Cleveland, we surprised [Jason’s brother] Travis with little baby booties. All of these interactions were recorded for memory purposes.”

The podcaster described how everything “went into slow motion” when she learned during her doctor’s appointment that she had miscarried. She said,
“It felt like everything went into slow motion. And they could not find the baby on the doppler. I remember being like, ‘Oh, there isn’t a heartbeat.’ You didn’t find one because there isn’t one.”

They estimated that the baby had stopped developing between nine and ten weeks. Essentially, Kylie had experienced what is referred to as a missed miscarriage.

Kylie was initially afraid to tell Jason because it was his birthday. She cried as she said,
“It was a s***** day because it was Jason’s birthday. I called my mom and told her that I couldn’t tell Jason because it was his birthday, which seems very silly. It seems very silly because obviously I’m going to tell my husband what happened. And I did. And it was hard for both of us.”

She admitted the loss “messed with [her] brain” and that she concealed her subsequent pregnancies until she was much further along. Kylie explained,
“Having had that experience then messed with my brain for every consecutive pregnancy. So for Wyatt, we did not share that we were pregnant until I was after 20 weeks. For consecutive pregnancies, I waited till I was at least 16 weeks.”

“I Googled almost every week what the percentage likelihood was that a baby could survive, which sounds really dark. I literally did it for Finn.”

WATCH: Democrat Senator’s Attempt to Gaslight Americans on Illegal Aliens and the Govt. Shutdown Blows Up in Her Face When Fox News’s Lawrence Jones Reveals a Damning Video Clip

The Democratic Party’s ill-advised shutdown of the federal government continues to backfire spectacularly, with the latest humiliation unfolding this week.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the so-called “Schumer Shutdown” took effect at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday after two measures aimed at averting the government shutdown failed in the Senate. Both measures required 60 votes to pass. The GOP-backed measure fell short with a 55-45 vote, notably with Senator Rand Paul voting alongside the Democrats.

The Democratic Party and Paul appeared to prioritize providing health care to illegal immigrants and other unrelated issues over keeping the government running.

On Thursday, Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) appeared on Fox & Friends to insist that Democrats do not support giving health care to illegal immigrants. “I haven’t heard anybody in my party saying illegal immigrants should get access to the health insurance market!” Shaheen claimed.

However, Fox & Friends co-host Lawrence Jones had a surprise ready. He presented footage of several prominent Democrats stating the exact opposite.

“I’m so glad you said that,” Jones replied. “Actually, I have some tape of your Democratic Party members saying this on the debate stage. Let’s play the clip.”

The footage showed a June 2019 Democratic Presidential Primary Debate where every candidate raised their hand when moderator Savannah Guthrie asked if their health care plans would cover illegal immigrants.

“That’s literally every member of your party, from moderate to more progressive, who have said that,” Jones explained.

Once again, a Democratic narrative was debunked on the spot. Well played, Lawrence Jones.

Navi Mumbai Tragedy: 2 Men Killed As Tempo Hits Negligently Parked Dumper On Uran–Belapur Road; Case Registered Against Driver

**Two Men Killed as Speeding Tempo Collides with Negligently Parked Dumper on Uran–Belapur Road**

*Navi Mumbai, Early Wednesday Morning* — Tragedy struck on the Uran–Belapur Road near Ulwe in the early hours of Wednesday when a speeding Eicher tempo crashed into a stationary dumper parked carelessly by the roadside. Both men inside the tempo were killed on the spot.

**Victims Identified**

The deceased have been identified as Umesh Sadanand Utekar (45), the tempo driver, and his cleaner, Suyog Rajendra Pawar (25). According to police reports, the duo had started their journey from Ratnagiri late Tuesday night, carrying goods destined for Bhiwandi.

**Details of the Accident**

Around 4:45 a.m., as their vehicle approached the Ulwe bridge stretch, the tempo suddenly collided with the dumper that was parked along the roadside. An Ulwe police officer explained, “The dumper had been parked negligently outside the barricaded area. Due to low visibility at dawn and the speed of the tempo, the driver failed to notice it and collided directly.”

**Rescue Efforts**

The impact was so severe that the cabin of the tempo was crushed, trapping both men inside. Fire brigade personnel rushed to the scene and, after carefully cutting open the mangled vehicle, recovered the victims’ bodies.

**Negligent Parking Cited**

Preliminary investigations revealed that the dumper was part of ongoing road repair work but was not parked within the designated barricaded area. This violation created a significant safety hazard for other motorists.

A senior Ulwe police official stated, “This accident occurred solely because of the negligent parking of the dumper. We have booked the driver for causing death due to negligence.”

**Investigation Underway**

The dumper driver was taken into custody, served a notice, and later released pending further investigation.
