3 WWE championships that can be retired

WWE has launched several championships over the past few years. Some were received well initially, but their popularity waned after a while. For example, championships like the WWE Universal Championship, Divas Championship, and 24/7 Championship performed well initially. However, after a while, their popularity waned, and the company withdrew these championships. Within the company, there are some titles that the company could retire and introduce something new and fresh. In this list, we will discuss specific titles that the Triple H-led management can withdraw. Thanks for the submission! #3 WWE Speed Championship WWE Speed Championship should be retired for good. It was introduced last year in March, and was to be exclusively defended on Speed, the American Wrestling web series, which was developed by WWE. It was touted as the Internet Championship, but was open for the wrestlers from RAW, SmackDown, and NXT. However, the title soon lost its sheen after a brief take-off. Former superstar Ricochet was the inaugural champion, and since then, the title has been with three other superstars. Andrade, Dragon Lee, and El Grande Americano have been the champions. NXT superstar, Jasper Troy, is the current champion, but the title itself isn’t extremely popular. It is now a title that is exclusively defended on NXT, but it’s no longer popular. Therefore, it’s high time that the company should do away with this title. #2 Women’s United States Championship It won’t be wrong to say that the Women’s United States Championship hasn’t been able to reach the levels of the women’s Intercontinental Championship. Both titles were introduced around the same time in November last year. Lyra Valkyria was the inaugural IC Champion on RAW, while Chelsea Green was the inaugural champion on SmackDown. The women’s IC title went a step ahead, with former women’s champion Becky Lynch running for it. However, the Women’s US title changed hands only thrice, and only the mid-level women superstars have gone after it. Chelsea Green dropped it to Zelina Vega, who later dropped it to Giulia on SmackDown in June this year. Giulia dropped her title to Chelsea Green earlier this month. The title hasn’t generated a great buzz on SmackDown, and the company can think about retiring it and replacing it with some other title on SmackDown. #1 WWE World Tag Team Championship The World Tag Team Championship on RAW has also been there for a long time, and the promotion can think about retiring the title. Currently, AJ Styles and Dragon Lee are the World Tag Team Champions. Since the SmackDown brand also has the WWE Tag Team Championship title, with the Wyatt Sicks currently the champions, the management can think of retiring the World Tag Team titles and introducing something else. After getting Styles and Dragon Lee to drop the titles, the promotion can retire these titles.

4 Possible finishes for Becky Lynch vs. Maxxine Durpi on WWE RAW from Madison Square Garden

Becky Lynch looks to put Maxxine Dupri in her rearview mirror when WWE RAW emanates from Madison Square Garden in New York. Dupri defeated The Man in their previous two meetings, grabbing victories by both countout and disqualification. Those losses caused Lynch to lash out, leading to the rubber match this week.

While the Alpha Babe has proven she can hang with the top stars in WWE, winning a singles title is another tall task. The next four finishes are possible when Becky Lynch defends the Women’s Intercontinental title against Maxxine Dupri on RAW.

### #4. Becky Lynch squashes Maxxine Dupri on RAW

While Dupri has shown she is worthy of competing with the top stars in WWE, she’s still not considered one of the top performers in the division. Her improvement is evident, but as most wrestlers love to claim, “There are levels to this.” Lynch is on another level than Dupri, and bookers could opt to have her run through her opponent on RAW.

It would end the feud and possibly open up her next storyline if someone saves Dupri from a post-match beatdown. Jade Cargill squashed B-Fab on SmackDown, so the same could play out on RAW.

### #3. Maxxine Dupri upsets Becky Lynch

Though highly unlikely, Maxxine Dupri could leave Madison Square Garden as the new Women’s Intercontinental Champion. She’s pushed Lynch to her limit twice, so that effort could pay off with a shocking victory over one of WWE’s top stars.

Such a result could force The Man to take some time off and come back with a more unhinged persona. Traditionally, Lynch has been an arrogant and delusional heel, but she can pull off almost any character, much like Alexa Bliss.

Portraying a darker character could eventually lead to another face turn in 2026. Dupri could then get a significant bump before dropping the title to a heel. Issues with referee Jessika Carr could also work in Dupri’s favor.

### #2. Becky Lynch cheats to win

Lynch hasn’t been afraid to bend the rules in the past, including in matches against Dupri and Lyra Valkyria. The problem has been that referees caught her in the act during her recent bouts with Dupri.

This time, things could change with Big Time Becks waiting for the referee to turn her back to cheat. She’ll do anything to keep the title, so blasting Dupri with the belt wouldn’t come as a shock.

This finish would also slightly protect the progress Dupri has made in the ring, maintaining her credibility despite the loss.

### #1. Lynch wins clean

This third match should be the final showdown between the two rivals. The most sensible finish would be for Lynch to definitively defeat the upstart Maxxine Dupri.

A clean victory would force others to recognize that Lynch doesn’t need to cheat to win. Dupri has displayed her resiliency, so The Man should be ready to pull out some new tricks in their third showdown.

While Dupri may have honed her craft over the last two years, Lynch has been working at it for 15 to 20 years. Experience counts for a lot, making a clean, definitive victory for Lynch on RAW a strong possibility.

As the tension builds heading into Madison Square Garden, WWE fans can expect an intense and potentially career-defining match for both Becky Lynch and Maxxine Dupri. Which finish will the WWE Universe witness? Stay tuned to RAW to find out!

Nikki Bella’s recent WWE performance blows away wrestling veteran: “It’s like she never left” (Exclusive)

Former WWE trainer and wrestling star Bill DeMott recently shared his thoughts on Nikki Bella, the WWE Hall of Famer who made a notable return to the company earlier this year.

Nikki Bella has had an illustrious career in WWE. As a multi-time Women’s Champion, she played a significant role in ushering in the Women’s Revolution. Her return to WWE came at this year’s Royal Rumble, and since then, she has made multiple appearances on weekly shows. During this time, she engaged in a memorable feud with Becky Lynch over the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Currently, Nikki is a member of the RAW roster, continuing to make an impact.

Speaking with veteran wrestling journalist Bill Apter, DeMott expressed pride in having trained stars like The Miz and Nikki Bella. He was glad to see Nikki back on television, noting that “it seemed as though she never left the company.” The veteran trainer highlighted that she was in excellent shape and still capable of mixing it up with some of the best talent on the female roster.

At 58 years old, DeMott reflected on his long association with WWE, stating, “It’s like she never left. It’s amazing. I remember the time she started, and she looked like that. It’s like nothing has changed. She looks great, great energy. I just, I never say this in public ever, but I’m really grateful for the career that WWE afforded me.”

This week on Monday Night RAW, Nikki Bella was in action against Roxanne Perez of the Judgment Day. Perez secured the victory with a Pop Rox off the turnbuckle. Following the match, Perez and Raquel Rodriguez attempted to gang up on Bella, prompting Stephanie Vaquer to rush to the ring and make the save.
