Nov. 15 (UPI) — Pop music star Taylor Swift’s *Life of a Showgirl* continues to dominate, holding the No. 1 spot on the United States album chart for a fifth consecutive week.

Following Swift at No. 2 is the *KPop Demon Hunters* soundtrack, while Morgan Wallen’s *I Am the Problem* claims the No. 3 position. Florence + the Machine’s *Everybody Scream* and Tyler, the Creator’s *Chromakopia* round out the top five at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.

Other notable entries in the top ten include Sabrina Carpenter’s *Man’s Best Friend* at No. 7, SZA’s *SOS* at No. 8, Wallen’s *One Thing at a Time* at No. 9, and Cardi B’s *Am I the Drama?* securing the No. 10 spot.

**Travis Kelce Details His Bye Week in New York City**

During today’s episode of *New Heights*, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce shared how he spent his 2024 bye week in New York City. While he refrained from explicitly mentioning his fiancée Taylor Swift, fans won’t have to wonder for long—Kelce was photographed on dates with Swift on both Wednesday and Thursday nights last week.

Kelce began by saying, “I got out of the house a little bit, I went over to New York. I just hung out there, put the feet up, saw some cool places, ate some great food, and got to feel the big city in its electricity and buzz that it’s always got.”

This wasn’t Kelce’s first time spending his bye week in New York City with Swift. The couple previously attended a Yankees game together. However, this year, they have kept their relationship more private. Swift has flown under the radar at Kelce’s football games, avoiding being photographed arriving at the stadium throughout the season.

On October 28, a source told *Us Weekly* that the couple was seeking this privacy because the attention Swift attracted at Kelce’s sports events was “getting too excessive.” The insider added that the couple is actively planning their wedding in private, hoping for a ceremony next summer.

“Everything is coming along,” the source explained. “They are both very involved, and Taylor thinks it’s cute that Travis wants to help.”

The insider also shared that the couple doesn’t want a long engagement, saying, “[They] very much want to start a family in the next year or so. Family means everything to them.”

They’re out of their gourds over these celebrity pumpkins. Karrah Youngblood’s amazing likeness of Taylor Swift carved into a pumpkin racked up 11.6 million social media views, with swooning Swifties demanding she do the same for Travis Kelce.

“I was like, ‘That’s a great idea. Plus he’s good looking.’ I thought he turned out great,” Youngblood, 47, told The Post ahead of Halloween.

The Oklahoma graphic designer posted the spellbinding squashes in a TikTok video she captioned “two of my pumpkins are getting married.” One viewer commented, “Bet the pumpkins last longer than the marriage!”

Last September, Youngblood had a mere 400 followers on TikTok and Instagram. But after she posted a video of her Beyoncé pumpkin—which now has a staggering 11.2 million combined views—she amassed nearly 70 million views of her A-list art.

The single mom, who makes her creations using only a 97-cent cutting knife, an $18 chisel, a thumbtack, and a $3.50 pumpkin, sells her carvings for as much as $1,100. She’s partnered with companies like Spotify, for whom she carved Megan Thee Stallion, and Comic Con, which asked for William Shatner.

“And I don’t even need to send them the pumpkin. I just need to send them a 15 to 30-second video,” she said.

Her process, which takes an hour and a half, begins with designing a pattern in Adobe Illustrator, printing it out, and taping it on the pumpkin. She then uses the thumbtack to make holes around the outlines and spends about 30 minutes carving it out.

“All of us have highlights, shadows, and midtones in our faces. And there are basically three depths of a pumpkin that are easily accessed: either cut all the way through, scraped off, or left alone,” she explained. “So before the light turns on, it appears as a blubbering mess, but when the light shines through, they become super realistic.”

The self-proclaimed music and sports nerd focuses her work on singers like Freddie Mercury, Kurt Cobain, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna, and athletes such as Peyton Manning, Kevin Durant, and Russell Westbrook—but also takes suggestions from fans.

“Somebody asked for a Paris Hilton, and then Paris Hilton followed me on TikTok, which was really cool.”

In September, she created one for the late Ozzy Osbourne, and his son Jack “liked” the post.

As for future creations, she is mustering up the courage to attempt a famous face she knows will be her trickiest.

“One of my followers told me if I can carve a spot on Post Malone, I’ll be crowned pumpkin queen for life. The diamond teeth and face tattoos might destroy me, but I like my chances.”

From Mexico City to Manila, the United Kingdom to the United States, Taylor Swift fans hooted, sobbed happy tears, and danced their way through the pop star’s latest album release, *The Life of a Showgirl*. Swift’s 12th studio offering dropped Friday, and her Swifties were more than ready for it.

Many were dripping in the color orange to usher in her latest era at gatherings around the world. Some closed their eyes to take in the fresh dozen tracks amid the chaotic crowds around them.

Jose Maria Bastida, a writer, rocked an orange sequin tuxedo jacket at a watch party in a Mexico City restaurant serving Swift-themed cocktails, including a tequila-heavy *Ophelia’s Juice* and a liquored-up *Showgirl Slushy*. “I feel like it’s super experimental,” he said of the album, “because it’s supposed to bring a lot of new stuff and we haven’t seen that more sexy side of Taylor Swift.”

### Fans Snatch Up *Showgirl* in All Its Variants

In Los Angeles, the fervent lined up at midnight at a Target to snap up the new music on vinyl and CD. Maria-Elena Garcia rented a hotel room and drove in from Santa Barbara. “I like a lot of her values and like we have a lot similar values. For example, cats,” she said.

In New York, hundreds of fans lined up to walk through a three-day Spotify pop-up offering five showgirl-themed rooms. They took photos with feathery boas and other props.

“I feel like there’s so few moments like this where you actually get to connect with other fans,” said Ali Meehan. “Like we all kind of listen in our rooms, alone in our houses.”

This time around, Swift includes abundant nods to fiancé Travis Kelce amid the glitz, glamour, and Las Vegas lechery of it all. This Swift isn’t waiting in the wings, and she’s definitely not holed up alone.

“This is so different from the last album, but in a really good way,” said Hannah Zuckerbraun, a fan in a Swift T-shirt among Target-goers in Los Angeles. “Like, it’s a lot happier sounding. I feel like it’s perfect and upbeat.”
