Cameron Winter Seemingly Covers Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark” for Xbox Ad: Watch

Cameron Winter sings Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark” in the launch trailer for the ROG Xbox Ally. At least, that is what we can deduce based on the seemingly unmistakable tenor of the singer’s voice. Neither Winter nor Geese have acknowledged the song, and nobody is credited for the music in the trailer’s description. The acts’ representatives did not respond to requests for comment.

Decide for yourself below. If any doubts remain over the artist’s identity (or identities), one person we can rule out is Brian Eno, composer of the Windows 95 startup sound for Xbox owner Microsoft.

In May, Eno denounced Microsoft for collaborating with the Israeli government. He donated his fee for the theme to people in Gaza and expressed solidarity with Microsoft workers who have “done something truly disruptive and refused to stay silent.”

$140,000,000 in Stellar Open Interest Hint at What’s Next for XLM Price

Stellar (XLM) has recorded a 1.16% increase in its four-hour open interest despite the asset’s continued price decline on the market. According to data from CoinGlass, while the 24-hour open interest declined by 11.27%, recent activity within the past four hours shows that traders are betting on a possible rebound.

### Stellar Four-Hour Futures Signal Bullish Sentiment

Open interest reflects the total value of futures contracts that investors have open on XLM. A high percentage generally indicates bullish confidence among investors. The negative 11.27% change about 24 hours ago revealed uncertainty regarding the price direction. However, the four-hour figure of 1.16% as of press time suggests that bullish sentiment is gradually gaining traction.

These traders have committed $140 million, or 465.24 million XLM, to the asset’s futures market. Among exchanges, Binance traders showed the most bullish stance, committing $37.62 million, which represents 27.21% of the total open interest. Bitget, Bybit, and OKX followed with commitments of $24.96 million, $21.95 million, and $14.21 million, respectively.

### Price Performance and Market Activity

Although traders are anticipating a price rebound, Stellar has yet to show positive momentum. At press time, XLM was trading at $0.3011, marking a 7.65% decline over the past 24 hours. The token slipped from an intraday high of $0.3284 amid ongoing market volatility.

However, trading volume has increased by 49.48%, reaching $419.94 million. This uplift in engagement could serve as a catalyst for a price reversal in the near term.

### Could Stellar’s 2025 Rally and DeFi Growth Spark a Price Recovery?

The bullish sentiment among traders may be rooted in Stellar’s strong year-to-date performance. As of September 2025, XLM had surged 288%, significantly outperforming both Bitcoin and Ethereum, which recorded gains of 88% and 73%, respectively.

Earlier in the year, Stellar briefly surpassed the $0.40 resistance level, reaching $0.4036 during the “Uptober” rally before broader market fluctuations triggered a sharp pullback.

Many investors and analysts had anticipated a major breakout, driven largely by Stellar’s milestones in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. The platform has seen increased adoption, with nearly 400 million XLM locked as it attracted more users, including institutional investors.

Although this growing adoption has not yet translated into a sustained price rally, the current uptick in open interest might provide the spark needed for a recovery back towards the $0.40 level.

Stay tuned for updates on Stellar’s price action and market developments as traders closely watch for signs of a potential turnaround.

Vista man suspected of killing mother arrested

A 55-year-old Vista man suspected of killing his mother has been arrested, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday.

Tad Christopher Johnson was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon at a home in the 2100 block of Riviera Drive in Vista. Deputies discovered 80-year-old Linda Johnson of Arizona gravely injured at the residence while investigating a reported assault, according to Lt. Juan Marquez.

Paramedics transported Linda Johnson to a hospital, where she passed away the following day, Marquez said.

The exact cause of her death is currently under investigation, as are the motivation and circumstances surrounding the crime, Marquez added.

As of Thursday, it remained unclear who resides in the home where the alleged homicide occurred. Detectives believe the residence might belong to a member of the family shared by the mother and son, according to Marquez.

Whitelist Countdown: Why Milk & Mocha Is the Best Meme Coin to Buy Early Before It Goes Public

As meme coin mania sweeps through 2025 with fresh energy, one project has quietly surged to the front of the pack, powered by strong tokenomics, community-first mechanics, and a fast-filling whitelist that’s about to close.

**Milk & Mocha**, built on the heartwarming charm of its globally loved characters and backed by a real economic engine, is being called the best meme coin to buy early — and time is officially running out. With only limited whitelist spots remaining, those who delay may miss out on what early adopters are already calling 2025’s biggest pre-public crypto win.

From a 40-stage pricing ladder to real-time staking and weekly burn events, the Milk & Mocha ecosystem isn’t just another viral coin — it’s a Web3 loyalty machine built for the long term. And right now, the only way to lock in at the lowest possible price is through the whitelist.

### The Whitelist Window: Your Last Shortcut to Early Gains

Let’s start with what’s got crypto Twitter buzzing: the Milk & Mocha whitelist is nearly full. This isn’t a vague marketing line. The project has already moved through several stages of its 40-stage presale, and as it crosses into the next phase of growth, the whitelist is closing — and with it, the guaranteed early-access pricing.

Whitelist members get priority pricing at the lowest available tiers. Once public sales kick in, the token’s price rises automatically with every stage, meaning those who wait will be paying more for fewer tokens.

It’s a classic example of early positioning — exactly how some of 2021’s meme coin millionaires were made. Only this time, the mechanics are smarter, the rewards are ongoing, and the upside is designed to be shared across the entire community.

And here’s the kicker: once the whitelist fills, that early advantage disappears. Forever.

### What Makes Milk & Mocha the Best Meme Coin to Buy Early?

While most meme coins ride waves of hype, UGS, Milk & Mocha’s official token, was designed with structured scarcity and real rewards in mind. The project isn’t chasing clout; it’s building loyalty through smart incentives, daily earnings, and long-term token sustainability.

Here’s what sets it apart:

– **40-Stage Presale Model**
The presale offers built-in ROI math. Stage 1 buyers could see theoretical gains of up to **23,292%** by the time the final presale round hits. With each stage increasing the token price incrementally, early buyers are mathematically rewarded — without needing to guess future pumps.

– **Real-Time Staking With 50% APY**
The token isn’t idle. Holders can stake their UGS from day one at a fixed 50% APY. It’s simple, no-lockup staking, which means your tokens stay liquid and your balance grows in real time. The longer you hold, the more you earn, making UGS one of the few meme coins that rewards holding with actual daily returns.

– **Referral Engine for Passive Growth**
There’s a viral referral loop that gives both referrer and referee 10% bonus tokens for life. Even passive promoters benefit long term from onboarding others — without needing an influencer-level audience to profit.

All of this points to a project built on more than memes — it’s built on mechanics designed for scale.

### Weekly Rewards, Burn Mechanics, and a Token That Works for You

One of the most exciting pieces of the Milk & Mocha ecosystem is the **Weekly Reward System** tied to a leaderboard that tracks top buyers.

Each week, UGS allocates a prize pool where:

– The top 3 buyers win up to **$35,000 USD**
– The rest of the leaderboard shares the remaining tokens pro-rata

And here’s the game-changer: **unclaimed or undistributed tokens are burned permanently**. This weekly deflationary event ensures the circulating supply reduces over time, creating scarcity and reinforcing price strength.

Pair that with the project’s metaverse plans, NFT integration, upcoming merch store, and full-blown in-game UGS economy, and you’ve got a token that isn’t just circulating memes — but value.

### Gen Z Has Spoken: UGS Hits Different

While most meme tokens chase hype through traditional crypto influencers, Milk & Mocha speaks a different language — one that **Gen Z immediately gets**.

The IP behind Milk & Mocha isn’t some random dog or pixel cartoon. It’s a globally loved character set with millions of fans across social media, merch, and pop culture.

In other words, the community wasn’t fabricated for the sake of a coin. It already existed, and the coin simply acts as the reward layer on top.

This distinction is massive.

UGS isn’t here to force its way into culture. It’s here to unlock a token-based layer of engagement for an audience that already vibes with the brand.

So when Gen Z sees 50% APY staking, daily burn mechanics, merch drops, NFT collectability, and upcoming play-to-earn game modes — all wrapped in the cuteness and wholesomeness of a brand they already follow — they don’t need to be sold. They just connect.

### Final Call: Whitelist Almost Full, Last Chance for Early Access

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your last call.

The Milk & Mocha whitelist is on the verge of closing, and once it does, the project shifts gears into public sales, where prices rise stage by stage until the full 40-stage allocation is complete.

The ROI potential for those who get in early is undeniable. The token mechanics are already built and live. And the community isn’t just growing — it’s locked in.

If you’ve missed other 100x coins because you waited too long or didn’t recognize the signal through the noise, this is the one that stands out. Not because it’s hyped, but because everything is already in place — and your window to get in before the public sale is closing by the hour.

Don’t just chase meme coins. Buy the one designed to reward you long after the memes fade.

Stacey Abrams’ Nonprofit Shuts Down After Years of Allegations of Corruption

The nonprofit organization founded by Stacey Abrams, known as the New Georgia Project, has announced it is officially shutting down after a decade marked by controversies involving illegal fundraising, ethics violations, and ongoing investigations by Georgia state lawmakers, according to The Gateway Pundit.

In a public statement, the nonprofit’s Board of Directors said, “We are proud of the milestones we have achieved, the communities we have engaged and the countless individuals whose lives have been strengthened by our work.” The announcement comes amid a series of financial and legal scandals surrounding the organization, which Abrams created in 2013 to increase voter turnout among Black Georgians.

Although Abrams no longer holds an official role with the group, the New Georgia Project has faced mounting scrutiny for alleged campaign finance misconduct and mismanagement of donor funds. Earlier this year, the Georgia Senate launched a formal investigation into Abrams and the New Georgia Project over allegations of illegal fundraising activity.

According to Atlanta News First, “Abrams and the New Georgia Project, from which she is no longer affiliated, are being investigated by the same Senate panel that has been examining Fulton County DA Fani Willis’ historic indictment of Donald Trump during the time he was out of the Oval Office.” The Senate committee is focusing on potential campaign finance violations, including the organization’s spending practices and reported internal disputes related to employee unionization efforts.

In January, the group was hit with a $300,000 ethics fine for violating campaign finance laws. Fox 5 Atlanta reported that the State Ethics Commission’s five-year investigation “revealed that the organization raised $4.2 million in dark money and spent $3.2 million on campaign activities.”

Shortly after the fine was imposed, New Georgia Project CEO Francys Johnson announced his resignation, citing the organization’s legal and financial troubles. Johnson’s departure came amid ongoing questions about the group’s transparency and accountability, issues that have persisted since Abrams’ tenure as founder.

The closure of the New Georgia Project is not the only controversy tied to Abrams. Separate reports surfaced earlier this year linking her to another nonprofit that received a $2 billion federal award from President Joe Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The organization, Power Forward Communities, reportedly brought in only $100 in revenue during its first three months of operation in 2023, raising questions about how it qualified for such a massive federal grant. The Washington Free Beacon reported that Power Forward Communities was among the beneficiaries of $20 billion in federal funds distributed through the EPA’s “green bank” initiative, a program meant to finance environmental projects.

Former Congressman Lee Zeldin, who has been reviewing the federal disbursements, questioned how the newly formed Abrams-linked nonprofit was able to secure $2 billion in funding despite its limited operational history.

Twice-defeated in her gubernatorial bids against Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Abrams has long claimed—without evidence—that Georgia Republicans engaged in “Black voter suppression.” Critics have pointed to the collapse of her nonprofit as the latest example of financial mismanagement and political opportunism within the network of organizations she helped build.

The Georgia Senate investigation into Abrams and the New Georgia Project remains ongoing.
