‘RHOA’ star Porsha Williams accused of getting physical with fellow passenger during plane ‘incident’

Porsha Williams allegedly got physical with a fellow passenger during the Delta Airlines flight “incident” that led to FBI involvement. As the reality star touched down on Sunday after attending BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, she and another female passenger were met by cops in the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. A statement obtained by Page Six from the Atlanta Police Department read, “Preliminary investigation indicated that both parties may have been involved in a verbal dispute that reportedly escalated into a physical dispute during an inbound flight to Atlanta.” “Both parties were separated on the scene and interviewed by officers” the statement continued, as victim and witness statements were “forwarded to the FBI.” Officials tell Page Six that the report has not yet been finalized. Neither Williams nor the other woman involved was taken into custody at any point, according to the U. S. Sun, who was the first to report the news. A source tells Page Six that the accusation “is completely false and defamatory” and that Porsha “was the victim and it was all verbal,” adding that the “FBI should be closing case soon.” Amid the federal investigation, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s lawyer also maintains that his client was the victim in the dispute. “Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation,” Williams’ lawyer, Joe Habachy, told Page Six Tuesday. He added, “The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses.” “As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred.” Habachy noted that Williams “has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.” Although it is still unclear what happened, the former “Celebrity Apprentice” star could be seen in a video obtained by TMZ smiling and cooperating with authorities once they met her in the airport. A spokesperson for the FBI Atlanta confirmed a situation had happened as they told the outlet, “FBI Atlanta is aware of incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person. “We are looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.”.

Nearly 21 years later, family of slain Gold Coast man finds comfort as prosecutors bring murder charges

Stanford Projansky waited more than 20 years to look into the eyes of the man accused of the execution-style fatal shooting of the oldest of his three sons. Though the 91-year-old Glenview man died just two months shy of the long-awaited day, his two other sons were among two dozen relatives and friends who packed a Cook County courtroom over the weekend to bear witness and honor a loved one they lost too soon.

December 18 marks 21 years since 40-year-old Kent Projansky was killed in his 30th-floor apartment in the Elm Street Plaza building in the 1100 block of North Dearborn Street in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Police reported there were no signs of forced entry to his apartment, which did not appear ransacked or otherwise disturbed.

On Saturday, David Barklow made his first court appearance in Chicago on first-degree murder charges. Prosecutors said Barklow, 68, a former neighbor of the slain man, has been in custody since April 17 after being arrested at an airport in Lima, Peru, in connection with the murder case and a related warrant alleging unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Following lengthy extradition proceedings in South America, he accompanied FBI agents back to Chicago on Friday.

The victim’s middle brother, Todd Projansky, said Sunday that the family first learned on Friday about the criminal charges and Barklow’s return to the United States. Within 24 hours, Projansky locked eyes for the first time with Barklow during a court hearing he wasn’t sure would ever come.

“It was very difficult to hold out hope,” said Projansky, a Buffalo Grove attorney, in a Tribune interview. “As a somewhat positive person, I kind of always thought it would come, but being realistic with myself, I really questioned sometimes if we’d ever get here.”

Todd described his brother Kent as friendly and generous—a bachelor who was an overly indulgent uncle who spoiled his niece and nephews, including taking them to MLB All-Star Games. He was also a “champion of underdogs,” remembered Todd, recalling when Kent took a Streetwise vendor to a Bulls game and other acts of kindness toward those less fortunate.

“He had a soft spot for everyone,” Todd said.

Just three days after the killing, prosecutors said police responded to a report of a discarded duffel bag found inside a garbage can behind a bank about 14 miles from Kent Projansky’s apartment. The bag contained bloody clothes, a cardboard ammunition box, and a .32-caliber revolver, which crime lab experts later linked to the ballistic evidence recovered from the murder scene.

Despite this promising lead, the investigation went cold.

Todd said his brother’s unsolved killing devastated the family, who also feared for their own safety—not knowing if the crime was random or if Kent had been targeted.

“My kids would ask if someone was going to come in and murder me,” Todd said. He even asked his local police department to drive by his home for well-being checks in the days following Kent’s death. “We didn’t know who did it or why they did it. We suspected and continue to suspect it was about money, but we didn’t know. With four babies in the house, I wanted to be as careful as I could be.”

Todd and his family regularly called police for updates, trying to hold out hope.

Then, in 2017, police resubmitted evidence from the discarded duffel bag using more advanced technology and found that seven latent impressions on items inside the bag—including one on the ammunition box—matched Barklow, prosecutors said. They noted that Barklow’s mother lived in Park Ridge at the time, about two miles from where the duffel bag was recovered.

Todd said his family first heard Barklow’s name in late 2019, when the Chicago man was taken into custody for questioning. Authorities said they obtained Barklow’s DNA samples and fingerprints, but he was released without charges as further forensic testing continued.

Prosecutors said Barklow lived across the street from Kent Projansky at the time of the 2004 killing. During a 2019 interview, Barklow “admitted having purchased weed from the victim” inside his apartment but denied “seeing the victim preceding his death” or having knowledge about the duffel bag and its contents.

As the investigation continued, authorities said Barklow left Chicago in late 2019. According to the Department of Homeland Security, he flew to Sweden and eventually ended up in Ecuador, where he had been living before being taken into custody on April 17 at an airport in Peru.

Prosecutors stated that further forensic testing linked items inside the duffel bag to both the victim and Barklow. Records reveal Barklow has a 1995 federal bank fraud conviction.

He is currently being held in Cook County Jail and is due back in court Monday.

Todd said that though the arrest “doesn’t bring my brother back,” he and his other brother Drew are thankful for law enforcement’s efforts. He also urged more funding to speed up crime lab backlogs, which he said caused delays in the investigation.

Todd noted that his mother, Sheila, 86 and battling dementia, is unaware of the criminal case. His father, who died on September 10, knew of the 2019 lead involving Barklow and was anxiously awaiting the court proceedings.

“My father said one of his purposes in life was to see Barklow in person in a prison jumpsuit,” Todd shared.

NBA Expands Gambling Investigation, Requests Cell Phones From Multiple Teams

The NBA has requested documents, phones, and other electronic records from multiple franchises, including the Los Angeles Lakers, as part of its expanding investigation into illegal sports betting, according to The Athletic. This move comes amid growing scrutiny from Congress following federal charges filed last month against several individuals connected to NBA teams.

The investigation gained momentum after former NBA player and longtime LeBron James associate Damon Jones was arrested and accused of selling private injury information to gamblers involving two unnamed Lakers stars. Prosecutors allege that Jones used inside access—earned through his close relationship with James—to tip bettors on at least two occasions. Jones has pleaded not guilty to these charges.

As part of the ongoing probe, investigators from the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, which was hired by the NBA, have contacted multiple teams requesting access to devices and records. At least 10 Lakers employees are expected to be approached. Assistant trainer Mike Mancias and executive administrator Randy Mims, both longtime members of James’ inner circle, have already cooperated by voluntarily turning over their phones.

NBA spokesperson Mike Bass emphasized the league’s commitment to uncovering the full scope of the alleged scheme. “The NBA engaged an independent law firm to investigate the allegations in the indictment once it was made public,” the league stated. “Everyone has been fully cooperative.”

It is important to note that LeBron James, Mike Mancias, and Randy Mims have not been accused of any wrongdoing nor have they been named in any federal filings. However, their close proximity to Damon Jones has placed the Lakers at the center of the inquiry.

This scandal follows several recent gambling-related cases involving NBA personnel. Miami’s Terry Rozier and Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups were arrested last month on federal charges linked to illegal betting activities. Rozier was accused of planning to manipulate his performance to influence betting outcomes in a 2023 game, while Billups was charged with defrauding players through illegal poker games—not for leaking injury information.

Additionally, the government has cited illegal bets connected to the Orlando Magic and Portland Trail Blazers. Among these allegations, a Magic player allegedly informed a gambler that the team planned to “tank” an April 2023 matchup. That unnamed player is no longer with the franchise.

The NBA has already banned former Toronto Raptors two-way player Jontay Porter for betting violations. In response to the widening scandal, the league is expected to implement stricter rules surrounding injury reporting to help prevent future misconduct.

Minnesota Man Killed Co-Worker With Sledgehammer Because He Didn’t Like Her: DA

A Minnesota man named David Bruce DeLong is accused of planning and carrying out a brutal attack on a co-worker with a sledgehammer, all because he allegedly didn’t like her. Prosecutors outlined the horrific attack in graphic detail in a criminal complaint.

The victim, Amber Czech, 20, was from Hutchinson, Minnesota, according to WCNC. DeLong worked with Czech at Advanced Process Technologies in Cokato, Minnesota, a food and dairy processing facility, CBS News reported.

Czech’s family described her as “an amazing welder, great at her job, and loved going to work every day.” They also expressed a desire to raise awareness of workplace violence.

“I filed a criminal complaint in Wright County District Court this morning charging David Bruce DeLong with 2nd degree intentional murder for the tragic murder of an adult female that occurred at a business in Cokato on November 11, 2025,” prosecutor Brian Lutes wrote in a November 12 press release. “The defendant and victim were co-workers at the business,” he added. “I will evaluate this case for a possible charge of 1st degree premeditated murder which requires convening a grand jury.”

### Details of the Attack

According to the criminal complaint, on November 11, 2025, at 6 a.m., Wright County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Thompson responded to a 911 call reporting an injured adult female at Advanced Process Technologies, located at 165 Swendra Boulevard NE in Cokato.

The investigation revealed that the victim, later identified as Amber Czech, was an employee of the company. The reporting party stated that the victim had sustained major head trauma with significant blood loss.

A bloody sledgehammer was observed on the floor near the victim. Despite receiving medical care, Czech died from blunt force trauma to the head and the resulting blood loss.

The complaint identifies David Bruce DeLong, also an employee of Advanced Process Technologies, as the suspect in the attack. According to the complaint, DeLong told a witness, “I hit her with your hammer, she is by your toolbox, she is gone.”

### Surveillance Footage Evidence

Surveillance video from the company shows DeLong leaving his workstation and walking to the victim’s workstation while wearing gloves. The footage shows him grabbing a sledgehammer from the victim’s area and swinging it at her.

The first swing was horizontal, consistent with the victim standing. The video then captured DeLong swinging the sledgehammer four more times in a downward motion, consistent with the victim being on the ground.

The victim was found on the cement floor near her workstation with severe head trauma and significant blood loss. Investigators concluded that DeLong struck her first while she was standing and then delivered multiple blows after she fell.

### Confession and Charges

DeLong provided a statement to law enforcement after being advised of his rights, confessing to killing the victim. He admitted that he intended to kill her and said he did not like her. He also admitted that he had been planning to kill her for some time.

### Company Response

Advanced Process Technologies released a statement to CBS News expressing their heartbreak over the tragedy:

“We are heartbroken by yesterday’s tragedy, and our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends in this terrible moment. We are also making sure our employees have the support they need and working closely with law enforcement as they continue their investigation. Production at the facility has been paused for the remainder of the week, and administrative staff are working remotely.”

The case remains under investigation, with prosecutors considering upgrading charges to 1st degree premeditated murder.

Shocking Allegations: Wealthy Elites Paid to Shoot Civilians in Sarajevo [WATCH]

Italian prosecutors have opened an investigation into claims that wealthy foreigners paid tens of thousands of dollars to shoot civilians during the siege of Sarajevo in the 1990s—an allegation described as one of the most disturbing to emerge from the Balkan Wars.

The probe was launched after Italian investigative writer Ezio Gavazzeni alleged that affluent gun enthusiasts, referred to as “sniper tourists,” paid Bosnian Serb forces up to $90,000 to take part in so-called “human safaris,” targeting residents of the besieged city between 1992 and 1996. According to the claims, first reported by *The Guardian*, additional fees were allegedly paid to shoot children.

More than 10,000 people were killed in Sarajevo by sniper fire and shelling during the four-year siege, one of the longest and most devastating conflicts in modern European history.

Gavazzeni said his research suggests that some of those responsible were not soldiers, but civilians who traveled to Bosnia for sport. “There were Germans, French, English… people from all Western countries who paid large sums of money to be taken there to shoot civilians,” Gavazzeni told reporters. “There were no political or religious motivations. They were rich people who went there for fun and personal satisfaction. We are talking about people who love guns who perhaps go to shooting ranges or on safari in Africa.”

He first encountered reports of so-called sniper tourism in Italian media during the 1990s but began investigating the claims more thoroughly after viewing a 2022 documentary. The film featured a former Bosnian Serb soldier who alleged that foreigners joined combatants in the hills surrounding Sarajevo to shoot at civilians trapped in the city below.

Gavazzeni’s current findings reportedly rely on testimony from a former Bosnian intelligence officer who claims firsthand knowledge of foreign nationals participating in the attacks. He has identified several individuals, including Italian citizens, who may have been involved.

Prosecutors in Milan are now examining the material and plan to question some of the individuals named in the investigation in the coming weeks. While the Milan prosecutor’s office has not publicly commented on the full scope of the investigation, it confirmed that it is reviewing evidence related to possible war crimes and violations of international humanitarian law. Authorities are particularly focused on whether any Italian citizens directly participated in sniper activities during the siege.

The Bosnian Consulate in Milan issued a statement welcoming the investigation and pledging cooperation. “We are impatient to discover the truth about such a cruel matter in order to close a chapter of history,” a consulate spokesperson said. “I am in possession of certain information I will be sharing with the investigators.”

Although the allegations have not yet been independently verified, the case has drawn renewed attention to the atrocities committed during the siege of Sarajevo, where snipers routinely targeted civilians—including women and children—from elevated positions around the city.

If confirmed, Gavazzeni’s claims would represent one of the most shocking revelations linked to the conflict, suggesting that foreign civilians may have paid to take part in war crimes for sport.

Italian prosecutors have indicated that the investigation will continue in coordination with Bosnian authorities and international legal bodies as they seek to uncover the full truth behind these disturbing allegations.

Intel files lawsuit against ex-employee who allegedly copied 18,000 company files & disappeared

Intel has launched a lawsuit against a former employee accused of carrying out a serious act of corporate sabotage. According to Intel, the ex-employee, Jinfeng Luo, allegedly copied approximately 18,000 files from the company’s corporate servers before disappearing.

Intel filed the lawsuit against Luo in Seattle District Court, as reported by The Oregonian. The company claims that Luo was among those scheduled to be laid off by the end of 2025. He was reportedly informed of his termination on July 7, with his employment ending by July 31.

After being notified, Luo allegedly plugged an external drive into company hardware but was locked out by security measures. However, about five days later, he reportedly plugged in another storage device and successfully copied around 18,000 files.

Intel alleges that some of the files copied by Luo contained “top secret” or “confidential” company materials. The unauthorized transfer of these files triggered an internal investigation.

For months, Intel has been attempting to contact Luo at three separate listed addresses to determine the extent of the information taken. Despite these efforts, Luo has not been located, and his current whereabouts remain unknown.

The lawsuit alleges damages of approximately $250,000, pending Luo’s potential appearance in court. Intel continues to seek answers about the stolen files and aims to hold the former employee accountable for his actions.

2 MBTA operators sent to hospital after fallen wire causes fire near BC

Two MBTA train operators were taken to a hospital Sunday evening after a fallen wire made contact with a Green Line trolley at Boston College Yard, causing a fire and disrupting service for several hours.

Around 5 p.m., approximately 110 feet of overhead catenary wire came down on the tracks near Boston College and made contact with an out-of-service train, sparking flames and electrical arcing, according to the MBTA. The Boston Fire Department responded to the scene a few minutes later and extinguished the fire by 5:26 p.m.

The two operators, who were on the out-of-service train at the time, were taken to a local hospital for smoke inhalation. They were evaluated and released later that evening, according to the MBTA.

T power crews arrived at Boston College Yard shortly before 6 p.m. They found no damage to the main B Branch wires and completed their repairs within an hour. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.

Around the same time on Sunday evening, a westbound Green Line trolley became disabled at Chestnut Hill Avenue due to a mechanical issue, further impacting service.

In response, the MBTA deployed shuttle buses between Boston College and Babcock Street shortly after 5 p.m. Regular Green Line service resumed around 11:20 p.m.

“The MBTA apologizes to riders affected by last night’s service disruptions on the B Branch and thanks them for their patience while crews worked to resume regular service as quickly and safely as possible,” a T spokesperson said.

South Korea indicts ex-President Yoon on charges of aiding enemy

SEOUL, Nov. 10 (UPI) — A South Korean special counsel on Monday charged former President Yoon Suk Yeol with additional crimes, including aiding an enemy state, following an investigation that found evidence officials discussed provoking a North Korean attack to justify his brief martial law declaration last year.

Prosecutor Park Ji-young revealed at a briefing that Yoon allegedly oversaw the dispatch of drones toward North Korea in an effort to spark retaliation. This retaliation could have served as a pretext for declaring martial law.

The special counsel’s office filed indictments against Yoon, former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, and former Defense Counterintelligence Command chief Yeo In-hyung on multiple counts, including aiding an enemy state and abuse of power.

“The defendants conspired to create conditions for declaring martial law, thereby increasing the risk of armed conflict between North and South Korea, and undermining civilian and military interests,” Park said.

Prosecutors explained that forensic analysis of a military officer’s mobile phone uncovered a memo outlining operations aimed at manufacturing a situation “that will yield short-term, effective results.” One entry, dated Oct. 18, 2024, referred to “drone infiltration of Pyongyang” and operations planned for late October and early November.

“We must create an unstable situation or seize the opportunity created,” the memo stated.

Yoon was removed from office in April after the Constitutional Court upheld his impeachment over the Dec. 3 martial law declaration. He is already on trial for insurrection and other charges that could carry life imprisonment or the death penalty if convicted.

The 64-year-old former president has maintained that he declared martial law to protect the public from “pro-North Korea anti-state forces” within the opposition Democratic Party, who he accused of obstructing his agenda and paralyzing the government.

In addition, Kim Yong-dae, former head of the Drone Operations Command, was indicted for obstruction of official duties, forgery of official documents, and instigation, according to Park.

Investigators traced discussions and preparations for martial law back to around October 2023. Prosecutors said they limited the indictments to those with clear intent to create such conditions.

“We sought to be extremely cautious and restrained in composing the charges,” Park said. “We hope the court will hand down an appropriate ruling to prevent a repeat of this historical tragedy.”
