^ | Unknown | Taps Bugler Posted on by Beowulf9 November 22, 1963. Assassination of our then President Kennedy. I hated to let the day go by without mentioning it, though it’s been many years. I still remember my mother’s tears, the 3 days of the funeral, the sound of the drums. I was a kid. A different time. Worlds ago, now. It seems after that day it all turned a different page. Still RIP John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Btw, those drums, that funeral, briefly shown in the movie The Boston Strangler, with Tony Curtis, which I am grateful they put that in the movie, so it has been placed, I think as a bit of a memorial to the event. Why do I get so many ads on Youtube but daughter doesn’t ? ( vanity )
**Spent 3 Weeks in Hospital and Noticed Something Strange About YouTube Ads**
*Posted on 11/06/25 by sushiman*
I just spent three weeks in the hospital here in Japan. During that time, I borrowed my daughter’s Windows 11 laptop to use. At home, I have Windows 10 installed on my PC.
Right away, I noticed something strange: there were absolutely zero ads when I watched videos on YouTube using her laptop. On my own PC, when I watch YouTube, ads start as soon as I click on a video and often interrupt the video during playback.
Curious, I asked my daughter if she had an ad blocker installed. She said she never watches YouTube and didn’t know anything about ad blockers.
What the heck could be the reason?
I’m a computer dummy, so please pardon my lack of knowledge regarding computers.

Woman arrested six years after fatal stabbing in SE Albuquerque [mug shot…t-shirt]
**Woman Arrested Six Years After Fatal Stabbing in Southeast Albuquerque**
*By Nakayla McClelland | ABQ Journal | November 1, 2025*
A woman is behind bars six years after she allegedly stabbed a man to death at a home in Southeast Albuquerque.
Antionette Hernandez, 29, was arrested Thursday and charged with an open count of murder and criminal trespass in the 2019 killing of 38-year-old Eric Lewis. Hernandez does not yet have an attorney.
Lewis’ stabbing went unsolved for six years after the detective on the case was promoted to sergeant, according to court records. The case was later assigned to an investigator for review before being transferred to a homicide detective in April 2025.
Prosecutors filed a motion on Friday to keep Hernandez behind bars until trial, citing that she “exhibited violent and dangerous behavior that threatens the safety of the community.”
“The Court will be unable to ensure that the Defendant is not possessing knives, and not threatening, or hurting more innocent people,” the motion states.
Police were conducting a patrol on September 27, 2019, of condemned houses in Southeast Albuquerque to ensure that no one was living inside them, according to a criminal complaint filed in Metropolitan Court. Around 11:30 a.m., officers entered a condemned home in the 400 block of Utah SE, south of Zuni, and noticed “a wad of hair on the floor and a strange smell,” the complaint says.
Officers saw bloody shoe prints throughout the kitchen floor and found Lewis’ body. An autopsy later determined that Lewis had been fatally stabbed.
The investigation remained cold until recent developments led to Hernandez’s arrest.
