We know, and you know, Piers, that freedom of speech does come with consequences, and there are limits. There are limitations to freedom of speech. If you work for a private company, they have the right to fire you or discipline you for whatever it is that they want. If you break the rules, their codes of conduct, then you have to suffer the circumstances.
